Ending Issues (Fallout 4)

In short, I go through with mods (the problem is not in them, I say right away). At the ending with the Minutemen, after the explosion, the screen goes dark, moving on to the ending and... that's it. The screen turns gray (apparently the beginning of the video) and the game freezes tightly. Including sound.
Can anyone come across this? What to do with it? :')

I think I'll say that:
-I deleted the mods
-Run the save without mods
-Mods don't conflict and the plot itself doesn't change in any way
-Run through the launcher, .exe, f4se, vortex+f4se -Everything
is fine with the drivers
-PC components are also suitable
-I play on a pirate (yes, and who is not without sin. Before that, there were no problems during the passage)
