How to roll back the balance? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I play the witcher "next gen" and, in principle, it's normal, I would like to continue further, but I'm not at all satisfied with the new balance, I know that this is a mod and maybe one of you knows how to remove it, what to return it as it was (I foresee the answer that it do not remove as it is deep in the bowels of the code). But is there a way to do it?

Is that waiting for individual mods. I personally am very annoyed by the nerf of gourmets and swallows. If a mod appears that makes them user-friendly again, I will be very happy.

I also noticed that in the perks window there are now not 5 stages in some parks, but three. Fast sword strikes before, like 5 times, had to be pumped to the maximum.
