Tired of looking for a reason, staging in games
Hello formuchanes, in general, the essence of the problem is this, for several years now I have been looking for a problem with staging in games, which I just did not do. I rebuilt the computer configuration, that is, the computer is completely new except for the PSU, I replaced everything and the symptom remained the same. I catch stetars in any game with any graphics settings, I even changed the resolution from 1080p to 720p, there was no result as I caught the starters and I catch them. The system is like this.CPU: Was ryzen 5 1600 replaced with i3 10100F Motherboard
: Was Asus A320M-A Pro Replaced with asrock H510 VHD
R2.0 Viper patriot 8 GB sticks at 2666 with CL 16 timings
HDD: Was Seagate Barracuda 500GB 16MB cache 7200 rpm, changed to WD Blue 500GB 16MB 7200 rpm.
I bought a 120 GB SSD from the same Patriot.
PSU Aerocool 400W
video: Was 1050 replaced by rx 470 4GB (connected via DVI-D)
In general, no matter what I do from the starters, I can’t save myself from the starters, I’m sick of it, please, can someone help

The block remains only if nothing helped after such manipulations. A friend had problems with the video card, changed the block and everything went away. I can risk suggesting a block for 650w Xilence gaming series (80 pluse bronze) the table was flat, the block survived and the motherboard was bent)) I do not say that it will help, but if such a dance, then try to change the power supply.
