Crashes without error [steam version] (Fallout: New Vegas)

I will be multiple. The game crashes without an error on the desktop at a random moment when moving to a location or when I'm just trading. I downloaded the game from Steam + all the additions to it and also installed Russian voice acting on it. If anyone has encountered such a problem, please help because the game really liked. It is also written if you have mods installed. I have a clean version with only Russian voice acting.
