Settings not saved after restarting the game (Dying Light 2: Stay Human)

I decided to play the Dying Light 2 game at maximum speed.
When setting the maximum values ​​​​with D3D12 Ultimate (Ray tracing), the game writes -
( The game can turn off D3D12 Ultimate since all ray tracing effects are now disabled. This will free up some memory and increase performance. ) In the selection field there is "Yes" or "No"
After clicking, it asks to restart the game so that the changes take effect.
After the reboot, what was selected did not apply and returned to its original position.
If someone knows the solution to this problem, please help.
