Graphic mod in 2023 (Grand Theft Auto 4)

Finally updated the hardware, but no matter how much I tried different mods, the game crashes after installation. Steam game complete edition. File version 1.2.0.43. I can't find working mods anywhere. I put some, but the shadows disappear. Is there a solution?

The main steam version conflicts with mods. Looks like something like this has been happening recently.
And so, the game looks good without it, why does it need mods?
