Costumes not opening (Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood)

I play on ps4, in uplay all the costumes (Florentine nobleman, Altair costume) have already been automatically bought, but they are not in the clothes, what should I do? Should I move further in the story?

It was kind of repeatedly said that this part, like some others, is disconnected from the servers. Accordingly, everything that is in the "Rewards" section in Uplay will not work, as well as Da Vinci Disappearance.
