Shimmering tree textures (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Greetings. Played the next-gen version for about 50 hours. Recently, I began to notice how the textures of trees flicker. This was especially evident during the battle at Kaer Morhen. For example, I'm talking to a character, and the textures of the trees in the background flicker in two different colors: dark brown and gray. When I'm not in dialogue with the NPC, it was also like that, but not so much. Before that, this happened a couple of times in the next gene, it was especially noticeable in rainy weather.
Has anyone had a similar problem? How to solve it?
PS Now I'm trying to reinstall the game and see if this garbage disappears. I'll record a vid and post it on this thread.
