Loading textures (Grand Theft Auto 5)

The problem is this, in GTA, when driving, grass is loaded in front of my eyes, fences and cars appear
FPS from 100 to 130
PCs: I5 12400f
Gtx 1660 super
Ozu 16 GB
Bp 700 watts
Ssd m 2 msi 500gb
And textures are loaded not only in GTA but also in Forza sometimes even in the cop
What to do with it?
