How to activate shaders without going into settings? (Minecraft)

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen! For a long time I have been tormented by the question of how to activate shaders with keyboard shortcuts. I saw on streams how people turned them on without going into the settings. Is this some kind of mod? Or the optifine keyboard shortcut?
