The new sign for moving to a settlement is not displayed on the map (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

The sign itself is standing and I can move along it, but it is not displayed on the map and, accordingly, I cannot move to it. Has anyone had such a problem? And is there any way to fix this?
