Gun traits bug (Saints Row (2022))

I downloaded the distinctive features of the guns, I finished off the police car with a flare pistol
Instead of the explosion of the car, I got a crash of the game

After that, those guns that hung on me - the distinctive features disappeared
That is, they are displayed in the cache, but not in the selector, and they also stopped pumping.
For example, with a rocket launcher, I hung on 9/30 marshals, on a stun gun - 3/30 marshals.

At the same time, I managed to pump a feature of another gun, and perhaps at that moment the save was being overwritten; who is to blame for the crash - I don't know, I deleted the autosave "before" out of habit, but I saw the bug after

I play on DX12
Changing equipment, restarting the game - does not help
DX11/DX12/Vulcan - tried to "cure" by overwriting, does not help
Older version of the game, saves after the new version of the game - does not see (also regardless of DX11 / DX12 / Vulcan)
