search and remove mods, mod conflict. delete one by one (and do not disable) and see, or delete all the mods, clean the cache from them and put it in turn so it will be easier. start with those mods that have numbers at the beginning

Try to turn off Harmony, before the virus was sewn into the mod instead, and when unpacking it into a folder, the antivirus deleted some of the files, which caused glitches and errors in the game.
