Problems with communication with steam support and password change.

Hello! I ran into such a problem - my account was blocked for posting or rating inappropriate content. I studied this all a lot and found out that it can be removed if you contact support. I have repeatedly contacted Steam support, but all my requests were closed after 10-15 minutes without a single answer. As I found out later, scammers can do this. To solve this problem, you need to secure your account (that is, change your password). When you try to change your password, you are asked for additional information, contact details, receipts, etc. But at the end it asks to confirm the validity of the mail with the code sent to it. As a result, over and over again it says that it is not possible to check the captcha, enter the numbers again or contact support. But as we know, support cannot help in any way, it also closes requests without answers. That's the trap (vicious circle) I fell into. Maybe someone knows what to do and how to be?
