Chmorila (Elex 2)

Hello.
Chmorila must find three of his accomplices. They found two, but does not give a tip on the third.
I've been wandering for the third day, waiting for it to mature. Already completed all the side quests from idleness.
If I go to Victor, in the third chapter "Father", then, of course, Chmoril swears and the quest with him is canceled.
