Veterans in place? (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege)

I pre-ordered the game back in 2016 and received items from events, etc. I decided today (12/30/22) to go in and lo and behold, there is nothing to wear, everything is standard except for skins for weapons, who has the same problem or how to return all the items
