Artifacts,glare and flicker in games RTX2080
Hello, recently assembled PC from scratch, Monique new(percents i7 8700,RTX2080, BP 620Wt).On the first day of use everything was fine, but the next day the games were found to glare,flicker and almost instant crashes. Changed drivers,rolled back them. Updated Windows, tried another power strip, but to no avail.
Who knows what could be the reason? Marriage cards?

rtx 2080, the nutrition of 8+8, I have 1 cable that splits into 2 cables of 2+6 pin the above image for a rough idea.
I have a RTX 2080 in use for more than two months and does not. Spin frequency and voltage, and it is better to pass on the warranty.

What do you all collect expensive system, but skimp on the PSU...
For graphics cards 2080(not Ti), the recommended power supply - 650W for the whole system. And that's assuming that a gold certificate PSU from a GOOD company, and not the cheap gold, which produces less than high quality bronze. But this is so, note.
Alternatively, you can connect the video card using 2 8-Pin cable, not through one, but that hardly helps if the graphics card is faulty.

Bring it to service three days after purchase it would be difficult to prove anything. The reasons a lot of power nothing, if the graphics card is working then maybe in a mate.Board Nkosazana in the settings (reset to factory settings).
