Game freezes after first sequence (Assassin's Creed 2)

Hello! Now I only have an old laptop, and I downloaded AC2. It lags at first, but it's playable. After Ezzio and his family leave Florence, Ezzio just gets stuck in the loading screen, like loading a level. Every time I load a save it's the same shit. Help me please!
