Ladders in games (before this was not) (Cyberpunk 2077)

here is an example, everything is in soap and
the MAX settings are flickering
rx 570 video card 8 gb
monitor 1920x1080 FullHD (if you change to 2K 27 inches, the ladders will disappear?)
Please help, I have been looking for an answer to this problem for half a year

Change video card, enable DSR and enable 2k/4k with or without DLSS. I don't have those problems..

Turn off dynamic resolution and FSR in settings. Your vidyaha does not drag what you put there, and in order to keep the fps, it automatically reduces the rendering resolution, and then scales the picture, that's why everything is in soap and ladders.
