Help can't decide (Surviving Mars)

Well, at least you would describe the problem. Judging by the screenshot, we can assume that the game freezes and (or) there are problems with the picture
1 - Load the previous save game
2 - On a new install the game. And to install Extra SOFTWARE. If I was missing some video drivers, then the program itself will download from the Internet.
3 - Check your computer for viruses.
4 - Though unlikely, but if the game is pirate, then re-download the game from reliable repacker and preferably without errors hash, i.e. during the injection moving away from the computer for 1 meter.
