Photo mode bug (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

When you turn on the photo mode, the entire screen turns red, only in the center there is an oval through which the world can be seen. And the inscriptions of the photo mode settings. Tried on dx11 and dx12, all the same. Firewood on vidyuhu last stand, card rtx3070. Steam version. Didn't install any mods.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
