Fix the pipes quest (Fallout 4)

I ran past a man who was repairing a pump next to a flooded quarry, immediately gave the task to repair the pipes in the water 1/3 the water is radioactive I have more radiation than health what gives a person for this work? (I just killed him)

Nothing special, just after a while the water in the quarry will be pumped out, and the raiders will settle there ...

Ability Aqua boy (girl) swing. Radiation damage is not dealt while in water and allows you to breathe underwater. Comes in handy every once in a while.
