Geralt deals 82 damage per hit at level 71 (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

It happened like installing mods for armor and changing the appearance of characters (other clothes for Ciri-winter jacket and Tris dress)

Also, when reinstalling mods, I could not load the save and pointed to lost files. Returned everything back, was able to continue the game, but began to deal 82 damage exactly every hit.
