1600x900 resolution problem (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

When running the game at 1600x900, black bars appear around the entire window. Because of what it became very unpleasant to play with such an image compression, the icons began to look uncomfortable, and most importantly, this is a general loss of image quality. I tried all the settings but nothing helped. If you put the game in windowed mode and specify an even lower resolution, the stripes disappear. Which proves incorrect work with my resolution. Before the patch, everything worked correctly and it was comfortable to play.
