Personally, the following method helped me. In the Batman - Arkham OriginsSinglePlayerBMGameConfig folder, open the "BMEngine.ini" file, find the line - AllowD3D11=True, and replace it with - AllowD3D11=False. Save changes to the file (open the file with notepad, as administrator).
