What kind of unrealistic grades does this crap have?) (Eastward)

Sorry for the "crap", but I clearly did not understand something about this game. Some kind of tin without explaining the plot where the dude runs around hitting a frying pan and reading tons of stupid dialogues. It especially killed that during the animations of NPCs, everything is paused so that I can see how a bunch of pixels are picking in my nose. wtf?

Maybe I'm just not the target audience, or am I really missing something and maybe I need to play for an hour?

PS One of the reviews on steam was about stopping killing female queer characters. This explains a lot)
