Low FPS - game lag (Choo-Choo Charles)

Yesterday the game worked fine, but today there are problems with fps. I've tried the following:

1. Update graphics drivers
2. Check integrity
3. Restart computer
4. Reinstall game

Nothing works so far and it's a little frustrating.
