PS4, the console freezes in one of the buildings (Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0)

In the building at the intersection of squares G5 and G6, the game freezes for a couple of seconds, after which the console refuses to respond to any actions. You can’t do anything in the game or exit the game, the gamepad doesn’t seem to work, the only way out is to turn off the power to the console. Faced such a problem only in warzone and only in this building. I specially landed there several times to make sure that this was not an accident and every time the ps4 hung up. At the same time, the picture on the screen does not freeze, the zone timer and the environment move (in some cases, the sound disappeared).
Has anyone on ps4 or other platforms run into a similar issue here or elsewhere?
