How to run with reshade, everything in a folder? (Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2005))

The game does not seem to pick up the reshade, what's the trouble? I decided to try the wonted bridge with a reshade like xbox in the open, but this is the only game that does not turn it on with the launch.
Is there some kind of chip here? Or what?
