Unable to fast travel during quest (Dying Light 2: Stay Human)

Actually, the title says it all. How to fix this error? Faced with the fact that the game does not allow me to use fast travel, climbed on the Internet, saw advice that I need to open the grappling hook and complete the test with it so that the bug is fixed. I followed the advice, but fast travel is still not available. And now I'm on the story mission "Veronica", where you need to move to the old Villedore, and every time I'm poking back and forth through a field of chemicals on a grappling hook.

Is there any way to fix this problem by saving the progress? Or just a new game (which I definitely won't do)?

most likely he used some kind of mod that crashes this function, the game was saved and remembered how it should work.
It was also like that, after the mod, the zombies didnâ€™t settle down, there was no button at all, I had to demolish all the mods and load earlier saves where the function worked
