Machine gun not dropping (Call of Duty: WWII)

In the zombie mode on the map The Last Reich, at one point in the mysterious box, machine guns stopped falling out, exactly those that were modified in the menu before the game. I removed the mods and the problem persists. What to do? I really need improved machine guns at the level with the boss (
