Bugged pawn generation (RimWorld)

Hello. Recently I did a killer assembly on overdone mods and noticed one thing - when generating pawns, if you roll on any race from any mod, the next pawn generated in the same "slot" will always be of the same race. Those. we have a person, roll, roll, a race falls out of any mod and there is no point in rolling further - everyone will be of the same race. You have to roll another "slot". With what it can be connected? There are different mods, but what can conflict like that - I'll never know.
