Game lags when connecting gamepad

The problem appeared about a month ago.
When you press any button on the gamepad in the computer, it sounds like something is turning off, then the game freezes, when the gamepad is turned off, everything is ok. Even if I press the button on the desktop, the computer is still buzzing. Deleted driver and re-downloaded.
I took a 360xbox gamepad for a thousand in dns a year ago, I had excellent relations with it. Recently installed Windows 11, maybe that's why.
