No skins pre-order, Deluxe Edition and Twitch (The Callisto Protocol)

I have no idea how to solve this ... 3 patches have already been released, but there is zero sense!
Everything is tied, I connected all the accounts, but there is nothing. Who faced the same?

similarly. retro skin was not given, the founder was not given for binding either

The same problems with the Deluxe version of the Epic Store. Advice from those support does not resolve the issue. Waiting for fixes from developers...

Relaunch The Callisto Protocol on your device> go to Options > select Gameplay > select Character Skin
