So now without "sharpness + scaling" almost any game is soap. But I personally don't like AMD CAS, it's too hard. You have to turn on the old sharpness from Nvidia through the registry, which for some reason they removed from their control panel.

Yeah, but if you try to play in 2022 not in a miserable and soapy 1080p, but in 4K (2160x3840), then all the soap and ladders magically disappear. Even consoles are already pulling all the games in 1440p-2160p (4K), oh we will stubbornly sit at 1080p and complain about the soap. The computer does not pull in native 4K, turn on DLSS, even at the performance parameter in 4K, the quality and clarity of the picture are many times better than in 1080p.
