Can't run cyber_engine_tweaks.asi (Fundamental mod) (Cyberpunk 2077)

I install the Cyber ​​Engine Tweaks mod through Vortex, an error occurs at startup:



Now I'm on Windows 10, before that I was on Windows 11, everything worked. Note: the game is pirated from thelastgame, on the last Windows the pirate was launched from the Red Launcher, now there is no launcher and redlauncher_setup.exe does not work.
I tried to download the mod from the official Github: it did not help, either the loader gives an error, or there is no console.
The mod changes the global.ini file during its installation, maybe the problem is in it, but I don’t know which one.
