Brendan bug (Cyberpunk 2077)

first I completed the mission container quest on version 1.06, then after the story was over, I went to the brandan again. but the quest was not taken. I did side effects, but the quest was not taken again. I switched to version 1.61 and I see a vandal next to the brendan, but the quest did not come from and the brendan did not say anything. I knocked out the vandal but couldn't talk to the brendan. I came there after a while but could not speak again. removed the bandit in the trash that was nearby but could not speak even after a while. What should I do so that I can continue the quest?
