Gamepads from xbox series and ps5 do not work (Need for Speed: Unbound)

The game simply does not see gamepads, neither by wire nor by air. updated joey, reinstalled the game, tried through the xbox whistle, nothing helps. HELP TO SOLVE PLEASE.
