Error installing game (Forza Horizon 4)

When I go to instal forza horizon 4 as administrator, I get the error
add-appxpackage : Cannot find the path "C:Windowssystem32FH4AppxManifest.xml" because it does not exist.

have enough disk space to install? For Forza 4, you need somewhere around 120 GB of free space (ideally 150 GB).
If installing via MS, then check the MS for updates, and reinstall the game.
If from steam, then rehash the data in the settings.
