How to remove constant tooltips (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2022))

People, tell me how to remove pop-up hints about setting on emphasis and so on, in the settings everything that I could find in the interface section, turned everything off, but it still constantly flickers on the screen, it infuriates incredibly, tell me how to turn it off or maybe someone has 100% infa that this crap can not be turned off.
