Sandevistan not working (Cyberpunk 2077)

I recently reinstalled Windu, transferred my saves through the cloud and threw it back into Cyberpunk. I ran into a problem when Sandevistan is activated and immediately deactivated, while there is no cd or something like that.
Previously, it helped to remove the implant, sleep and install it again, but now it does not help.
