Different VRAM availability in games

Judging by the volume, it seems that in the first screenshot the game is running on a built-in video card, and in the second on a discrete graphics.

On both screenshots, the games are running on the built-in, apparently one game can expand the vram for itself, and the other does not, although in fact the same engine
