How to lock FPS? (Crysis Remastered Trilogy)

The problem is, if you select the screen frequency from the settings menu, then nothing changes. I have a 144Hz screen, I set it to 60 in the settings, but nothing changes. No matter what I do, the FPS in the game is from 150. Vidyuha (rtx 2020) screams like crazy. Is there a way to lock fps to 60?

If the game itself does not work, you can try to lock it in the Nvidia panel. In the "Global Settings" - for all applications / games, in the "Program Settings" - for each individually:
