House M.D. story arc (Fallout: New Vegas)

Is it possible to complete the story as House without causing a Brotherhood of Steel genocide? An interesting character is not devoid of meaning and motivation in his aspirations, I want to help him in the implementation of his ideas, but the unjustified craving for the extermination of the BS pushes him to the arch for the GG and, accordingly, the killing of the odious doctor.
Help save the old man and realize his great plan - tell me how to avoid the destruction of the BS, if there is one for House at all?

You can't in vanilla NV. If you paid attention, the quests of the main 4 factions are the same until 3 of them require House to be cut, and House requires Brotherhood to be cut. You can't please everyone in the game. Saw the Brotherhood boldly, or you can watch in the end for independence how they reveal their faces.
