Video card loading issues

Hello! Faced a problem. I bought an rx 5600 xt, there was a modified bios, everything was fine. But my crooked hands decided to climb further, changed the Bios to the factory one, and then the pandemonium began. The map stopped loading at 100 percent, the FPS in the same cyberpunk is static, either at maximum or at minimum. Drivers were installed differently.
The question is too stupid, but I'm interested in everyone.
Is this a problem with the BIOS specifically? (But it's official)
