DLSS not working (Cyberpunk 2077)

The DlSS function is not active. FSR is disabled, it costs win 10 x64, DIRECT X 12, the latest drivers on the video card, RTX 3060 card

Reinstall the driver by clicking on a clean install, and I give a 99% guarantee that dlss will work!
