Some cars are missing from Xbox 360 (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Why don't some cars on xbox 360 (such as duke o death, monster truck, such an old nice car, etc.)

Such machines were added only in PS4, Xbox One, PC versions.
On PS3 and Xbox 360, there are no such machines. Even with the help of cheats and trainers, they cannot be spawned.
