Allied Spellcaster not working or cut? (Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous)

I played about 3-4 months ago as a Trickster magician and decided to play again as a magician Azata. I take this trait to several comrades-in-arms and, having reached the end of Alushinirra, I noticed that the "overcoming magic" is somehow too low (in the last run it was under a buff from this trait somewhere around 45, now 34). Let's check - before, when an ally with this trait moved away from the GG, the parameter decreased in stats and was less in the battle log. When last time in the same place with the same team, pumped in the same way, the overcoming was 45, and the solo GG had 36 (or 35), now it is 46 and 44, respectively.
So the question is: What did they do with the trait - they broke it again, cut it ... that it now gives a maximum of +2 (that is, it does not sum up from the number of owners of this trait as before) ... or does it now have no distance limit?
