Choice stuck on a certain icon (FIFA 23)

The choice sticks on a certain icon, for example, when creating a trainer, when choosing a hairstyle, it scrolls to the end and when I try to scroll forward, it just teleports back without giving me the opportunity to choose something else, has anyone encountered this? (fifa 23 on pc)
