Character level down = mob level down? (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Good day. I’m downloading pros, the levels are flying wildly, but there are no combat skills ... in connection with which I thought about lowering my level through the console, and therefore the question arose - will the level of mobs with this eternal auto-leveling be also lowered (whether it’s bad) , or will the level go down only for me? I tried to search for the answer through Google, but I did not find a clear answer ... can anyone tell me?
